How to operate a professional concrete mixer, we all know about the mixer, but I believe that there are very few people who can operate. The mixer operator must be certified to work, and the operator can use the operating system proficiently during operation; non-operators are prohibited from entering the mixer without permission. Staff members are strictly prohibited from drinking, fatigue, and sick work. Pre-work inspection items should meet the following requirements:
1. There is no foreign matter stuck in the transmission and moving parts of the mixing drum and each supporting mechanism, as well as the warehouse door and the door of the bucket door;
2. The oil level of each lubricating oil box meets the requirements;
3. The wire rope installation and reel winding of the lifting bucket or the shovel are correct. The wire rope and the pulley comply with the regulations, and the brakes for lifting the hopper and the shovel are sensitive and effective;
4. The bolts of each concrete mixing plant part have been tightened, and the inlet and discharge valves have no over-wearing, and the tension of each conveyor belt is appropriate and does not run off;
5. All concrete mixer control and display parts of the weighing device work normally, and the accuracy is in accordance with the regulations;
6. Each electrical device can effectively control the mechanical action, and there is no obvious damage to the contact points and the moving and static contacts.
