Last week, we shared How to Reduce the Wear Speed of Components in Concrete Mixing Station (Ⅰ), today we talk about piston and conveyor cylinder.
Pistons are generally made of polyurethane materials, which are more elastic and wear-resistant. The inner stabilized soil mixing station wall of the conveyor cylinder is also coated with wear-resistant materials. There are two kinds of lubrication modes between piston and conveyor cylinder: one is automatic lubrication, which is added automatically once per pump; the other is manual lubrication system, which requires regular manual refueling. For automatic refueling system, it is necessary to check regularly whether the oil pipeline is smooth or not, otherwise, once the oil pipeline is blocked, the stabilized soil mixing station and the conveyor cylinder will wear sharply; for manual refueling system, the operator should regularly replenish the lubricant according to the different working environment, usually once a hour. Keep in mind: When refueling, the piston must be moved to the lower part of the vertical refueling point to make the lubricant just enter the oil groove in the middle of the piston.
During the pumping process, the operator should also perform the “cylinder” operation frequently, that is, when the main cylinder piston runs to the end point, operate the jog button for 5-8s to supplement the hydraulic oil of the main cylinder to close the oil chamber (for relying on For the pump that is close to the switch reversing, the proximity switch should be as close as possible to the side of the main cylinder) to make full use of the stroke of the delivery cylinder to avoid local wear of the delivery cylinder.
Concrete pump operators should also pay close attention to the water tank. Once the water is found to be turbid or there is sand in the water, it indicates that the piston may be worn. It is necessary to replace the piston in time, otherwise the piston and the delivery cylinder will be aggravated. If the water quickly becomes turbid after replacing the new piston, it indicates that the delivery cylinder is worn and the transfer cylinder needs to be replaced. If conditions permit, the cylinder can be judged by the method of measuring the bore diameter. Under normal circumstances, stabilized soil mixing station the thickness of the chrome plating on the inner wall of the cylinder is only (0.2 ~ 0.25) mm. When the bore diameter is increased (0.45 ~ 0.55) mm, it needs to be replaced. Cylinder. In addition, the water temperature of the cooling water in the water tank is also very important. The water temperature is too high, which will also aggravate the wear of the piston. The cooling water in the water tank needs to be replaced frequently.
