JS concrete mixer is a two-axis mixer, is a more advanced mixer, its mixing quality and efficiency are very high, but so far there is no clear concept of its power, because although this concrete mixer has its model, but according to different uses will use different power.

Although there is no generally accepted calculation method, there are some commonly used methods. As far as the mixing power of horizontal shaft forced mixer is concerned, it is generally estimated from the resistance coefficient of mixtures per unit area to the mixing blade. The determination of resistance coefficient is related to concrete ratio, aggregate size and shape, fluidity of mixture and blade linear velocity. The data show that the drag coefficient K is mainly a function of blade velocity in a certain flow time. For the drag coefficient K, it can be approximated to a constant because the linear velocities of each point of the blade are not very different. Experiments show that K is selected in the range of 606-8.25.

The structure of JS concrete mixer is more complicated than that of ordinary concrete mixer, so the calculation of power is more troublesome. Users who need to use JS concrete mixer are based on the data provided by the manufacturer.
