In order to achieve good lubrication of concrete mixing plant parts, the following points must be paid attention to:
1) According to the requirements of the lubrication instructions for the parts of the concrete mixing station, lubricating oil with suitable viscosity is added to all parts of the mixing station on schedule and on time.
2) The amount of lubricating oil must be sufficient, and the reservoir added to the tank or tank shall reach the water specified in the mooring mark. The amount of oil added to the high-speed rotating rolling bearings should be appropriate, not too much or too little, otherwise it will heat and damage.
3) Lubricating oil must be very pure and clean, and no impurities, dust, dense chips and moisture in the mud should be allowed to prevent damage to the lubrication and the surface of parts of concrete mixing station.
4) Lubricants in oil tanks and tanks shall be replaced regularly in accordance with the specifications for parts of mixing stations. Kerosene must be used to clean the oil tank when changing oil.
5) Oil eyelets, oil rubbers, etc. must be kept closed to prevent dust, debris and cooling concentration from intruding.
