I. before starting the mixing machine and inclined belt conveyor, press the electric bell three times, with an interval of 10 seconds each time. Start the device after five seconds of three rings.
II. It is strictly forbidden to enter into the mixing machine without any reason. In case of maintenance needs, the power supply shall be disconnected, the signboard of "someone is working, it is strictly forbidden to switch on" shall be hung, and special personnel shall be assigned to watch. After confirming that there is no one in the mixing tank, start the mixing machine.
III. when there is material inside the mixing machine, it shall be cleaned manually. It is forbidden to start the mixing machine with load.
IV. it is strictly prohibited to carry out maintenance work when the equipment is in operation and touch the mechanical moving part of the equipment.
V. it is forbidden to stand under the belt conveyor, especially under the heavy hammer tensioner, so as to avoid falling objects and hurting people.
Vi. in case of stoppage due to any reason in the middle of the process, clean up the sand and gravel on the conveyor belt before starting, and do not allow the load to start.
VII. The air compressor and air tank in the air supply system are pressure vessels. Do not adjust the relief pressure of the safety valve at will to ensure the pressure drive.
