During the use of the Concrete Mixing Plant, various failures may occur, the causes of the failures, and the troubleshooting methods.
A hopper does not rise or is difficult to lift after the Concrete Mixing Plant pushes the loading handle.
Causes of failure:
1. Poor coupling of clutch brake band
2. The brake wears too much, exposing the nail head
3, there is oil on the brake belt
4.The connection bolt of the loading handle and the horizontal rod is loose or the fastening bolt of the horizontal rod and the clutch fork is loose.
5.The brake belt is detached or deformed tightly
6.The slider of the shift fork falls off or is worn out
Troubleshooting methods:
1. Adjust the loose contact bolts so that the brake band can be held tight, eliminate the warping of the brake band, and make the joint surface of the band less than 70%.
2.Replace the brake belt
3.Clean the oil and wipe it dry
4.Retighten
5. Overhaul clutch
6, repair welding or repair new slider
2. The hopper does not fall when the Concrete Mixing Plant pulls the down handle
Causes:
1. The outer brake belt of the clutch is too tight.
2.The material head is raised too high and the center of gravity is more than 180 degrees.
3.The lowering handle does not work
4. Friction occurs on the wire rope drum shaft
5, wire rope deformation overlap and pinch
