Safety precautions for concrete mixing plant equipment during installation, commissioning and use.
1. Each time before starting the mixer or belt conveyor, press the bell three times, with an interval of 10 seconds each time. After the third bell has passed for 5 seconds, the device can be started.
2. If the concrete mixing plant is really needed for maintenance, it should be disconnected from the power supply, put on a sign saying "Someone is working, it is strictly forbidden to close!" After confirming that there are no people in the mixing tank, start the mixer to prevent injury or death.
3. Personnel are strictly prohibited from reaching into the screw conveyor. If it is really necessary, you should disconnect the power supply, hang a sign saying "Someone is working, please do not close!" After confirming the safety, you can start the screw conveyor.
4. It is strictly forbidden to stand on the belt conveyor to prevent personal accidents.
5. The electrical equipment of the concrete mixing plant shall be connected to zero and grounded strictly in accordance with regulations to prevent electric shock accidents.
