1. The fixed-type medium concrete mixer should be installed on a solid platform. When it is fixed for a long time, an anchor bolt should be embedded. In short-term use, a wooden pillow should be laid on the machine base and leveled. It is strictly prohibited to use tires as a support.
2. The console of the fixed medium concrete mixer should allow the operator to see the working conditions of each part. The console of the electric mixer should be covered with rubber plates or dry wooden boards.
3. The parking position of the mobile medium concrete mixer should be a flat and solid site, and there should be a good drainage ditch around it. After it is in place, the legs should be lowered to raise the rack to a horizontal position, so that the tires are off the ground. When it is longer, the tires should be removed and stored properly, the ends of the axles should be wrapped with oilcloth, and the frame should be cushioned and supported with sleepers.
4. For mixers that need to be equipped with a hopper pit, the pit opening should be tamped to prevent ground water from flowing into the pit. The bottom support surface of the loading track rack should be tamped or paved. The back of the track rack should be made of wood. Support to prevent track deformation during operation.
5. When the hopper is placed in the lowest position, a layer of cushioning wood should be added between the hopper and the ground.
6. Before operation, the medium concrete mixer should be started under no-load operation, and the rotation direction of the mixing drum or blade should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the cylinder. For the mixer with reverse discharge, the mixing drum should be run in the forward and reverse directions. For several minutes, it should work without shock and vibration and abnormal noise.
7. Before operation, the hopper lifting test should be performed, and the clutch and brake should be observed and confirmed to be flexible and reliable.
8. The consistency between the indicated water volume of the water supply system and the actual water volume should be checked and corrected. When the error exceeds 2%, the leak point of the pipeline or the throttle should be corrected.
9. The specifications of the aggregate shall be checked and shall be consistent with the performance of the mixer, and shall not be used beyond the permitted range.
10. After the medium concrete mixer is started, the mixing drum should be loaded after reaching the normal speed. Water should be added in time when loading. The mix added each time shall not exceed the rated capacity of the mixer and the phenomenon of sticking the materials to the tank shall be reduced. The order of the feed shall be stone-cement-sand or sand-cement-stone.
