During the production process of the concrete mixing plant, some industrial wastewater will be discharged. If it is discharged at will, it will cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment, which may cause pollution to the surrounding water sources and affect the water consumption of nearby residents. Therefore, there are certain requirements for treating wastewater discharged from the mixing station.
1. Wastewater, waste oil and domestic sewage generated by the construction machinery and equipment of the concrete mixing plantshall not be discharged directly into rivers, lakes or other waters, or into the land near drinking water. According to the site conditions of the concrete mixing plant, a reasonable layout shall be established, a wastewater sedimentation tank and a car washing pond shall be constructed, a drainage system shall be arranged, and obvious signs shall be set up; a reasonable third-level filter pond shall be provided for sewage discharge. The sewage discharge plan needs to be planned and designed, and a multi-stage sedimentation tank is set up to reach the discharge standard through sedimentation filtration. The toilet sewage enters the septic tank through a centralized and independent pipeline and is closed for treatment.
2. Set up a large garbage pool in the concrete mixing plant living area and the office production area to store all kinds of garbage in a centralized manner. The garbage disposal pond generally adopts a brick structure with a volume of no less than 4m × 3m × 1.5m. In cooperation with the local environmental protection department, the construction waste left after production is handed over to the local environmental sanitation department for disposal. The ground should be sprinkled regularly. In hot weather such as summer, water should be sprinkled every day to reduce the dust and temperature, and cover the dust source to the greatest extent.
3. After the concrete mixing plant operation of the concrete mixing station is completed, the machinery and equipment should be cleaned in time to clean the site and keep the site clean.
4. Motor vehicles, equipment flushing facilities, drainage ditches and sedimentation tanks shall be set up according to the needs, and the sewage can be discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network or river after the construction sewage treatment standards are met.
To achieve a reasonable discharge of sewage, while contributing to the national economic construction, it can better promote the development of concrete mixing plant in the direction of energy conservation and environmental protection.
