(I) Defects of the sensors in the asphalt concrete mixing plant. It is forbidden to feed all silos. Maybe there is something wrong with the sensors. You should check and replace them. Or the scale rod is stuck and the foreign body should be removed.
(II) Defective cold feed equipment can cause the asphalt concrete mixing plant to stop. Maybe the asphalt mixing station is faulty or stuck under the cold material belt due to gravel or foreign objects. If the circuit is faulty, check the motor control frequency of the asphalt mixing station first. Is the device faulty and is the line conducting or breaking? It may also be that the belt is slippery, and it is difficult to operate with deviation. If there is, the belt tightness should be adjusted from the beginning. If it is stuck, someone will be required to clean up the obstacle to ensure the belt operation and loading.
(3) The sound of the concrete mixing plant is abnormal. It may be due to the overload of the mixer that caused the displacement of the fixed support of the drive motor or the damage of the fixed bearing. It needs to be reset from the beginning and fixed or replaced the bearing. If the mixer arm, blade or internal guard is severely damaged or dropped, it needs to be replaced, otherwise the uneven material will be formed. If the mixer discharge temperature appears abnormal, you should clean the temperature sensor and check whether its cleaning equipment is operating normally.
