1. According to SB21, throw the Concrete Mixing Plant aggregate and start the flat belt motor to transfer the measured aggregate and the inclined belt of the concrete mixing station that is often turned to the aggregate storage hopper. Press SB65 to open the aggregate storage hopper door. The main body of the concrete mixing station throws the aggregate. After the feeding is completed, the door of the aggregate storage hopper is closed. The HL65 close indicator lights on and the next cycle begins.
2. Press SB64 to open cement, open the Concrete Mixing Plant cement weighing hopper door, and put the cement into the main unit of the mixing station. After the feeding is completed, close the cement weighing hopper door and start the next cycle.
3. To cast Concrete Mixing Plant fly ash, press SB61 to open the fly ash metering hopper door, and put the fly ash to the main unit of the concrete mixing station. After the feeding is completed, close the fly ash metering hopper door and start the next cycle.
4. Press SB62 to start the Concrete Mixing Plant water discharge, start the unloading pump, and add water to the main unit of the mixing station. After the water is injected, stop the unloading pump and start the next cycle.
5. To add Concrete Mixing Plant additives, press SB63 to open the additive metering hopper door and add the additive to the main unit of the concrete mixing station. After the material is added, close the additive metering hopper door and start the next cycle.
6. Press SB75 to unload the Concrete Mixing Plant concrete, open the concrete unloading door, the button indicator light is on, H61 open the door indicator light, start unloading the concrete, about ten seconds or so, press SB76 to close the concrete unloading door, the button indicator light, HL. Close the door indicator light.
