1. Abnormal sound of concrete mixing plant mixing tank
Abnormal sound of the mixing tank refers to the sharp and piercing sound produced by the mixing tank, which is generally caused by the friction between the foreign matter existing between the blade or the end scraper and the inner wall of the tank and the inner wall of the tank. The presence of foreign matter will increase the friction during stirring and make the stirring shaft run poorly. At this time, stop the machine to take out the foreign objects, and then adjust the gap between the blades, scrapers and the inner wall of the tank as required.
2. Abnormal sound of reducer
There are two reasons for the abnormal noise inside the reducer: one is that there is a foreign body in the reducer, which generates noise due to collision or severe friction; the other is that the bearing is damaged, and noise is generated due to increased friction at the joint during rotation.
In the working process of the concrete mixing plant, once foreign matter falls into the reducer, it will affect the normal operation of the reducer and cause great harm to the internal parts of the reducer. In severe cases, parts may be damaged or scrapped. When there are foreign objects in the reducer, it is necessary to stop the machine for disassembly and inspection, remove the foreign objects, repair or replace the damaged parts.
If the bearing is damaged, the friction at the joint will increase, and the movement of the bearing will be affected and make a lot of noise. At this time, the generated noise is often periodic, because the bearing rotates at a uniform speed, and when it turns to the damaged part, it will generate noise, so the noise will have a certain frequency. If the bearing is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
