When you use the stabilized soil mixing station, the main power button is turned on, and the power indicator light is on. The bell reminds people to stay away from the device. Generally, people are required to be two meters away from the device before starting the machine. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the flat and inclined belt conveyor (to prevent the roller from falling and hurting during operation). Pay special attention to whether there are people on or inside the mixer and on the flat belt. If there are people, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.
When the material is discharged normally, observe whether the roller does not rotate, and replace or repair it in time if any abnormality is found. Press emergency stop when there is personal safety. Normally, you should not press the emergency stop, because there is material on the belt after pressing the emergency stop, which causes the mixer to slip and block the stabilized soil mixing station.
When the stabilized soil mixing station accidentally trips, the materials in the mixer must be removed before restarting. Do not start the mixer with materials. It is strictly prohibited to use forklifts, excavators, etc. to directly load materials without feeding the silo.
