The concrete mixing plant is a large-scale concrete mixing equipment integrating material storage, metering and mixing. It can mix various types of concrete, especially suitable for mixing dry hard concrete, suitable for medium-sized and above construction projects, hydropower, highways, ports, wharves, Bridge and other engineering construction, large and medium-sized parts factories and concrete production plants.
The storage bins of the concrete mixing plant are arranged in a "one" shape. The loader can store four kinds of aggregates at the same time. The aggregates are measured on the ground. The measured materials are sent to the aggregates on the roof via flat belts and inclined belts. In the storage hopper, the aggregate storage hopper can store a can of measured aggregate. According to user needs, the powder batching system can be equipped with three cement bins and one fly ash bin. The three powders are sent to the measuring hopper by their respective screw conveyors. The effluent of water and liquid admixture is pumped to the metering hopper.
The concrete mixing plant is also equipped with a printing system and a monitoring system to achieve centralized control and overall management of the entire equipment.
