Check items before using the medium concrete mixer:
1. Check whether the mixer body is stable.
2. Whether the connecting bolts on the blade and the mixing blade support arm are firm.
3. Whether the bolts connected to the loading rack are tight.
4. Whether the water pump diversion is sufficient and the pipeline is unblocked.
Inspection items of the medium concrete mixer after use:
1. Clean the dust on the inside and outside of the mixing drum, the discharge door, and the hopper, and rinse with water.
2. The hopper should be parked at the transportation position and the brake pin should be inserted. There should be no debris in the hopper.
3. Cut off the power supply and lock the electrical control box.
4. Fill lubricating oil (grease) appropriately to each lubrication point.
5. All stored water in the water supply system should be drained.
Regular inspection items of medium concrete mixer:
1. Check the hoisting brake and make appropriate adjustments.
2. Check the water pump and throttle valve to see if there is any leakage.
3. Check the open gear, apply lubricant and adjust the belt tightness.
4. Check the wear of blades and liners, and replace them as appropriate.
