When cleaning the Medium sized concrete mixer, the following precautions should be taken:
Firstly, regularly carry out maintenance and upkeep operations for the items specified in the maintenance regulations for the Medium sized concrete mixer, such as cleaning, lubrication, refueling, etc;
Secondly, before starting the Medium sized concrete mixer, check whether all controllers are in good condition. After stopping work, pour water and stones into the mixing drum for 10-15 minutes for cleaning, and then remove the water and stones. When operators need to enter the mixing drum for cleaning, in addition to cutting off the power supply and removing the fuse, they must also lock the switch box;
Thirdly, it is prohibited to use a sledgehammer to remove concrete accumulated in the Medium sized concrete mixer cylinder, and only a chisel can be used to remove it;
Fourthly, in severe cold seasons, after completing work, the Medium sized concrete mixer drum should be cleaned with water and the accumulated water in the water pump, water tank, and water pipe should be drained to avoid freezing damage to the water pump, water tank, and water pipe.
