7. When the hopper is raised, it is strictly prohibited to work or walk under it. The bottom of the material pit should be equipped with a cushion for the hopper. When cleaning the material pit, the hopper must be securely fastened with a chain.
8. Adding materials to the mixing drum should be carried out during operation; Adding new materials must first discharge all the existing concrete from the mixer before proceeding. Do not stop midway or start the mixer at full load, except for those who reverse the discharge.
9. During the Tilting Drum Concrete Mixer operation, if a malfunction occurs and the mixer cannot continue to operate, the power should be immediately cut off and the concrete inside the mixing drum should be cleaned.
10. After the Tilting Drum Concrete Mixer operation, the mixer should be thoroughly cleaned. If the operator needs to enter the cylinder for cleaning, the power must be cut off and a dedicated person must be assigned to supervise outside. Alternatively, the fuse should be removed and the electric switch box locked before entering.
