Self-discharging mixers

Continuous Concrete Mixer

Operating Procedures of Concrete Mixer:
1、Trial run should be empty before mixing.
2、Adjust the time relay timing according to the mixing time, pay attention to adjust in the case of power failure.
3、Water moisten the mixing cylinder and blade and site.
4、Process such as electrical or mechanical failure should be unloaded part of the mixing material, reduce the load, troubleshooting before driving operation.
5、Operation and use, should be frequently checked to prevent electric shock and mechanical injury and other safety accidents.
6、When the test is finished, turn off the power, clean up the mixing cylinder and the site, and clean up the sanitation.
