Operating Procedures Of Concrete Mixer:
1、Trial run should be empty before mixing.
2、Adjust the time relay timing according to the mixing time of Concrete Mixer, pay attention to adjust in the case of power failure.
3、Water moisten the mixing cylinder and blade and site.
4、Process such as electrical or mechanical failure should be unloaded part of the mixing material, reduce the load, troubleshooting before driving operation.
5、Operation and use, should be frequently checked to prevent electric shock and mechanical injury and other safety accidents.
6、When the test is finished, turn off the power, clean up the mixing cylinder and the site, and clean up the sanitation.
Precautions When Using Concrete Mixer:
1、The Concrete Mixer should be set in a flat location, with square wood padded front and rear axles, so that the tires are resting on a high shelf, so as not to walk when driving.
2、The Concrete Mixer should be implemented two leakage protection, before going to work after the power supply is connected, must be carefully inspected, after the empty car test run deemed qualified, before use. Test run should check whether the mixing cylinder rotation speed is appropriate, in general, the speed of the empty car is slightly faster than the heavy car (after loading) 2 ~ 3 rpm, such as the difference is more, should be adjusted to the ratio of the driving wheel and transmission wheel.
3、The direction of rotation of the mixing cylinder should be in accordance with the direction of the arrow, if it is not in accordance with the actual situation, the wiring of the motor should be corrected.
4、Check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether there is any damage to the wire rope, whether the track pulley is good, whether there is any obstacle around and the lubrication of each part.
5、After starting the machine, often pay attention to whether the operation of various parts of the concrete mixer is normal. When stopping the machine, often check whether the concrete mixer blade is bent, whether the screws are knocked down or loose.
6、When the Concrete Mixer is completed or expected to stop for more than 1h, in addition to the residual material out of the net, the application of stone and water poured into the shaking cylinder, boot rotation, the mortar stuck in the cylinder after rinsing all unloaded. There should be no water in the barrel to avoid rusting of the barrel and blades. At the same time should also clean up the mixing cylinder outside the ash, so that the machinery to keep clean and intact.
7、After work and shutdown when not in use, should pull the power, and lock the switch box to ensure safety.
