At the first meeting, the experts of the evaluation team listened carefully to the evaluation report of China Coal Group's safety mark, and in accordance with the evaluation guidelines of "Safety Mark On-site Evaluation Specification", through document and information review, individual questions, etc., they examined the Group's main qualification, quality management system, management responsibilities, personnel capacity, document management and records, procurement and outsourcing, production control, inspection and testing control, nonconforming product control and consistency The group conducted a rigorous and detailed audit on the main qualification of the Group, management responsibility, personnel capability, document management and records, procurement and outsourcing, production control, inspection and testing control, non-conforming product control and consistency control, warehouse management, safety signs and labels. After the audit, the expert group fully affirmed the work done by China Coal Group in production, product quality management, etc. The Group's quality management system is sound, and the technical filing documents are consistent with those confirmed by the National Center for Safety Marking. China Coal Group was unanimously recognized by the expert group for its high standard of work performance and compliant products.
During the evaluation process, the expert team went deep into the front line and learned in detail about the R&D, production and quality inspection links of China Coal Group.
At the last meeting, the expert group unanimously agreed that the main qualification of China Coal Group meets the requirements, including the technicians and key process operators are familiar with its production process and operation procedures; the inspectors are able to correctly and skillfully use the inspection equipments; and the group's production conditions and quality management system meets the requirements of the relevant evaluation guidelines. Finally, after a strict, objective and fair audit by the expert group on all aspects of China Coal Group's mining products, it was determined that all mining products produced by the Group had met the national coal safety certification standards, and had successfully passed the supervision and evaluation of coal safety.
