1. Types of concrete mixer

2. Use of concrete mixer

3. Diesel Concrete Mixer safety technology

(3) The operating driver of Diesel Concrete Mixer must be trained and qualified by the test, obtain an operating license, non-driver operation is strictly prohibited.
(5) At the beginning of each work, each part should be carefully examined for any abnormalities. Before starting the machine, it should check whether the clutch, brake and each guard are sensitive and reliable, whether the wire rope is broken, whether the track and pulley are good, whether the machine is balanced, and whether there are any obstacles around, and confirm that there is no problem before closing the gate to try the machine. To 2 ~ 3min test run, drum rotation balance, no jumping, no deflection, normal operation, no abnormal sound, and then formal Diesel Concrete Mixer production operations.

(B) concrete vibrator
(1) insert vibrator motor power supply should be installed leakage protection device, fuse selection should meet the requirements, zero should be safe and reliable. Motor zero line bad strictly prohibit the use of power.
(3) vibrator stop using, should immediately shut down the motor; moving vibrator, should cut off the power supply to ensure safety. Shall not use the hose and cable dragging, tugging motor.
(4) vibrator operation, the Medium-sized concrete mixer hose bending radius shall not be less than 50cm; hose shall not have broken.
(6) vibrator start vibration, must be mastered by the operator, shall not start vibration of the vibrating rod flat on the steel plate or cement board and other hard objects, in order to avoid the danger of crashing.
