Recently, ten models of GLD series belt feeders independently developed and manufactured by China Coal Group have passed inspections conducted by the Changsha Mining Electromechanical Testing & Inspection Center of State Work Safety Administration in one go, and successfully obtained the National Safety Mark (MA) Certificates for Mining Products. This marks a landmark breakthrough for the Group in developing high-end coal mine equipment and accelerating intelligent transformation, and also injects new equipment momentum into supporting the national energy security strategy.
Covering diverse specifications, each model is available in manual and frequency conversion structures with feeding capacity ranging from 800 tons per hour to 4400 tons per hour. The products are widely applicable to thin and medium-thick coal seams, fully-mechanized top-coal caving working faces with large mining height, non-coal mines and other diverse scenarios, fully meeting differentiated demands of various mines. Integrating frequency conversion drive and intelligent control technologies in depth, the feeders feature uniform feeding, stable operation and energy saving, which effectively improve the safety and efficiency of underground transportation systems. In accordance with national standards, the testing center conducted all-round assessments on electrical safety, explosion-proof performance and mechanical reliability. All ten models passed the tests with outstanding results, demonstrating excellent intrinsic safety performance.
The National Safety Mark Certificate for Mining Products is a mandatory access credential for mining equipment to be used in high-risk operating environments. The collective certification of the ten feeders further optimizes the Group’s high-end feeder equipment lineup and consolidates its core competitiveness in the mine transportation sector.
