At the launching ceremony, the representatives of the young volunteers read out proposal of "Youth Volunteer Action To Create A Civilized City - Declared War On Uncivilized Behavior", called on the general public to declare war on uncivilized behavior, contributed to the establishment of Civilized and Sanitary City. At the same time, all young volunteers vowed to declare war on uncivilized behavior! Subsequently, young volunteers under the orderly organization of City Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, Traffic Police Brigade, Guanghe Subdistrict Office and other related departments, carried out series volunteer service activities of war declaration towards three uncivilized behavior(traffic uncivilized behavior, throw cigarette butts and spitting, lying in public places).
Hot weather can not stop the enthusiasm of the majority volunteers, they were under the sun, wearing a red vest, wearing a red hat, and actively assisted the sanitation sector cleaning cigarette butts, scraps and other roadside dead waste, carried out environmental hygiene cleaning activities.
