Union Committee (Shandong China Coal union) which marks that Our Group has taken a new step in the democratic management of enterprises.

According to Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions recommendations, Shandong China Coal Union will be composed of seven people, including a chairman of the labor union, a director of the audit committee, a director of women workers and members of union agency for a term of three years or five years. Our Group will strictly follow the provisions of Federation of Trade Unions and legally complete the preparatory work for the construction of trade unions in accordance with the procedures within six months.
