Precautions for cleaning concrete mixer:
1. Maintain and maintain the items specified in the maintenance regulations regularly, such as cleaning, lubrication, refueling, etc.
2. Before starting the concrete mixer, check whether the controllers are in good condition. After shutdown, water and stones are poured into the mixing drum for 10-15 minutes for cleaning, and then water and stones are removed. When the operator needs to enter the mixing drum for cleaning, the switch box must be locked in addition to cutting off the power supply and unloading the fuse.
3. It is forbidden to remove the concrete accumulated in the barrel of concrete mixer by hammering, but only by chisel.
4. In the cold season, after the work is finished, water should be used to clean the drum of the mixer and drain the accumulated water in the pump, water tank and water pipe to avoid the freezing damage of the pump, water tank and water pipe.
