1. Inspect the wear condition of the wire rope and apply a little lubricant on it. After the wire rope is worn to a certain extent, it should be replaced.
2. Check the oil surface of the reducer, the oil quantity of the oil pump, the condition of the lubricating parts, and add lubricating oil to the hopper roller bearings and pulley bearings.
3. Water supply device should be kept clean to avoid blockage. Check and clean the suction valve once.
4. Check whether the rocker arm of the stroke switch is loose or not. If it is loose, it should be adjusted as necessary.
5. Check the connecting bolt of mixer blade, adjust the connecting bolt of support arm loosely, and tighten the gap between mixer blade and cylinder wall by 5 mm.
6. Check the contacts in the electric box.
7. Turn open the silt, check the seal of the shaft end of the mixer, and make necessary adjustments, repairs and replacements.
