(1) To ensure the cleanliness of concrete mixing plant and its surrounding environment. For example: check the clearance between mixing blade, liner and scraper; check whether the mixing machine holds the axle; check whether the unloading door and hopper are flexible and airtight, if there are problems, timely maintenance.
(2) Check and clean up the accumulated material in the hopper of stabilized soil mixing station at all times to ensure that the sensor returns to zero normally.
(3) Check whether the lubricating oil at each lubricating point of the mixer is enough, and the oil mist in the air system should keep enough oil.
(4) Check whether the motor and electrical appliances of the concrete mixing plant are overheated or have abnormal noise, whether the instrument indication is normal or not, and whether the signal system is in normal operation.
(5) Check and adjust cylinders, vibration motors and solenoid valves of stabilized soil mixing station regularly to make the opening and closing meet the standards.
(6) Check every system of concrete mixer regularly, such as ash leakage, air leakage, oil leakage and electricity leakage, etc. should be dealt with in time.
(7) The main mixer and the hopper should be cleaned every four hours to avoid the residual concrete condensation and hinder the normal operation.
(8) The internal water accumulation of air compressor, gas storage tank and filter should be discharged each time, and the faults in operation should be eliminated.
(9) butterfly valve, mixer, solenoid valve, air filter, vibration motor and oil mist are maintained in accordance with the relevant instructions.
