2. Wire rope: When the mixer is working, the wire rope is worn to the gantry to cause wear. Under normal circumstances, it will be changed once every 6-9 months. However, if it is not noticed, it will not be treated after grinding the wire rope. It has also appeared for 1 month. It is necessary to replace it.
3. Travel switch / limit switch: electrical components, used for upper and lower hoppers, switch gates. Electrical components we usually know, sometimes not bad for a few years, sometimes a few short-term changes. Under normal circumstances, the problem is not bad within one year.
4. Hopper pulley: casting, wear parts. Long-term load rolling, rolling back and forth on the track, causing wear. It should be noted that the pulleys must be replaced as long as they are clearly visible to the naked eye. Because as long as a part of the wear, it will cause the hopper to crawl up and down, causing damage to the track and even causing the track to deform.
