2, Concrete mixer should implement two leakage protection, after the power is turned on, must carefully examined empty loading working process before use. Check if the mixing drum speed is appropriate, under normal circumstances, the proportion of empty loading speed is 2-3 turn slightly faster than loading, adjust the ratio of move wheel and drive wheel if the difference is big.
3, The direction of rotation of the mixing drum should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow, correct the motor wiring if the direction is inconsistent.
4. Check if the drive clutch and brakes are flexible and reliable, if wire rope and track pulley is damaged, accessible and each parts of lubrication, etc.
5, After booting, check if the operation of the components of concrete mixer is normal. When shutdown, check if the concrete mixer blades are bent, if there is knocked or loose screws.
6, When the concrete mixing processes is completed or is expected to stop more than 1h, move the rest material out of the mixing drum, mix gravel and water to clean the mortar stick on the barrel, unloading all the material. You may not have water in the barrel to avoid rust. Should also clean up the outside of the mixing tube, keep concrete mixer clean and in good condition.
7, After work or shutdown, should cut the power, and lock switch box to ensure safety.
