First of all, let's say to the customer that the water stable mixing plant is different from the concrete mixing plant.
Due to the similar appearance and working principle of the two kinds of equipment, many customers mistakenly think that the concrete mixing plant and the water stable mixing plant are the same, but in fact, the production mode and application scenario of the two kinds of mixing plants are not the same. Below, the water stable mixing station and concrete mixing station of the mixing station will be explained respectively.
First, let's take a look: water stable mixing station
The working and production mode of the wholesale mixing station of the water stable graded gravel mixing station: generally, it is continuous dynamic measurement with low requirements for mix proportion. It can continuously mix and produce finished materials of lime fly ash gravel, lime stabilized soil and industrial waste soil stabilized soil with different gradations, which are mainly used for the stabilized layer.
The water stable mixing station is generally used for the construction of basic stable soil of high-grade highway, urban road, square and airport.
Concrete mixing plant is usually intermittent production, static measurement, each kind of aggregate has a weighing measurement, the common ratio of products and materials is accurate, and the requirements of products produced are higher than those of stabilized soil mixing plant.
The concrete products produced in the mixing plant are mainly used for the installation and equipment deployment of engineering buildings.In addition, the mixing plant is used for wet materials, and the stabilized soil is used for dry materials. The concrete mixing plant can only be used for concrete, and the water stabilizing plant can only be used for stabilized soil. Therefore, the stabilized soil mixing plant and the concrete mixing plant cannot be used in general.
