2.Check before each use of concrete mixing station
Check whether the air compressor self-protection device in the concrete mixing station is reliable and whether the air pressure is stable; check whether the water introduction by the pump is sufficient and the pipeline is unblocked; Flexible and reliable; check whether the connecting bolts of the mixing machine blades are firm; check whether the electrical devices are safe and reliable, and whether the limit switch action switches are flexible and reliable;
3. Check and maintain around
Check the tension of the belt of the concrete mixing station and make appropriate adjustments; check the wear of the blades and linings; check whether the connecting bolts of the upper and lower frames, silos, large inclined belt conveyors and other components are firm and the foundation Shen; check concrete mixing plant equipment-screw conveyor for agglomeration and debris, if any, remove.
4. Weekly inspection and maintenance
Check the residual condensate in the mixing tank. If it is condensed, stop it and remove it (note that the power supply should be cut off for special care), check the gap between the mixing blade and the liner, and adjust if it is not suitable; check whether the air system is leaking, and the cylinder is operating Whether it is reliable; check the quality and liquid level of the lubricating oil in the gearbox, and fill or replace it if necessary; check whether the suction bottom valve in the water supply system is reliable; Inspect all electrical components for damage, repair or replace if necessary, check whether the wiring is loose; unscrew and check the seal at the end of the shaft. 5.Inspect and maintain and overhaul the concrete mixing station every year
