(1) Before the new machine is used, the various systems and components shall be inspected item by item and the necessary trial operation shall be carried out according to the requirements of the instruction manual of the concrete mixer. Run in empty car, check the rotation direction of the mixing drum or mixing blade, the operation and braking of each working device, and confirm that it is normal before working.
(2) The fixed concrete mixer should be installed on a firm base. When used for a long time, the anchor bolts should be buried; for short-term use, sleepers can be laid under the base and leveled.
(3) For mobile concrete mixers, they should be installed on a flat and hard floor and fastened with square wood or braces, and keep the horizontal tires free of force. If it is used for more than three months, the tire should be removed and properly stored. The end of the axle should be cleaned and rust-proofed.
(4) For some mixers that need to dig into the hopper pit, the pit opening should be tamped to prevent ground water from flowing into the pit. The supporting surface at the bottom of the loading track rack should be tamped or paved, and the back of the rack must also be supported with wood to prevent track deformation during work.
(5) After the concrete mixer is started, the mixing drum should be loaded after reaching the normal speed, and water should be added in time after loading; the new concrete must be unloaded before the original concrete in the mixer is completely discharged. Do not start the mixer in the middle of shutdown or full load, except for reverse discharge.
(6) During the use of the concrete mixer, do not allow sand and stones to fall into the running part of the machine, so as to prevent the running parts from being caught and damaged. After the upper hopper is lifted, no one can pass or stay under the hopper, so as to avoid accidents due to brake failure. If it is necessary to perform maintenance or cleaning work under the bucket, forcibly stop the machine and pull the upper hopper with a safety chain.
(7) During operation, if it is found that the fault cannot continue to run, the power should be cut off immediately, the concrete in the mixing drum should be cleaned, and then repaired.
(8) After the operation, the mixer should be thoroughly cleaned. If the operator needs to enter the barrel for cleaning, the operator must cut off the power, set a special person to monitor it outside, or remove the fuse and lock the electric box before entering.
(9) The handle of the upper hopper should be fixed by pins, so as to prevent people from touching the handle to lift the hopper when it enters Jane for cleaning, a crushing accident occurs.
(10) After the operation, the hopper should be lowered to the hopper pit. If it needs to be raised, it should be fastened with a chain.
