Bearing abrasion caused by the leakage of the shaft end of the medium concrete mixer and the friction with the hybrid shaft lead to high shaft end. The main shaft end is the concentrated part. Under the action of high-strength stress, the service life of parts will be greatly shortened. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the seal ring, oil seal, sliding wheel and rotating wheel in the shaft seal device in time; it is recommended that the bearing at the end of the main shaft leakage end be the original seal attachment, to avoid the difference in size and wear, and it can quickly damage the main shaft. Check the lubrication system in time:
1. Wear of the main oil pump rotating shaft in the lubrication system of medium concrete mixer
2. The interface plunger of the main oil pump pressure gauge in the lubrication system of the medium concrete mixer cannot work normally.
3. The progressive type oil separator safety valve spool of the medium concrete mixer is blocked in the lubrication system, and oil cannot be separated.
4.Due to the above reasons, the shaft lubrication system of the medium concrete mixer is malfunctioning, and the main oil pump lubrication system needs to be replaced.
