A clear analysis of the non-rotation phenomenon in the production process of the medium concrete mixer. First, we considered severe overload, and then there were a lot of foreign objects between the stirring blades or side blades and the inner wall of the tank. Another reason is that the motor-driven belt is too loose. The mixing shaft of the small concrete mixer exceeds the normal working load, causing the mixing shaft to rotate slowly. If the load is too large, the stirring shaft will stop. This situation will also cause the mixing shaft of the concrete mixer to stop rotating or to rotate slowly.
The large foreign matter between the stirring blade or side blade and the inner wall of the tank will also stop the stirring shaft. The reason why foreign objects can be captured is because the mixing blade of the concrete mixer or the side wall of the concrete water tank has an excessively large gap with the inner wall of the water tank. If the concrete belt of the concrete mixer is too loose, the concrete mixer's mixing shaft will rotate slowly or stop rotating, and the motor belt will become too loose, resulting in insufficient transmission power. Then how to solve the problems of stopping the rotation of the medium concrete mixer, overloading the concrete mixer, and stopping the mixing shaft, and so on, it is only necessary to adjust the feed amount, discharge excess material, and reduce the rotation load of the mixing shaft. When the side blades are combined with the inner wall, there is always sharp and violent friction before the stirring shaft stops.
In this case, stop the inspection immediately, remove the foreign matter manually, and readjust the gap between the blade of the small mixer stirring blade and the tank wall or side. If the medium concrete mixer belt is too loose, it can simply stop and adjust the tension of the medium-sized concrete mixer concrete belt.
