1. Mixing host
The mixing host is divided into a forced type mixer and a self-falling type mixer according to its mixing method. Forced mixer is the mainstream used in mixing stations at home and abroad. It can mix a variety of concrete such as fluidity, semi-dry rigidity and dry rigidity. The concrete mixing plant is mainly used for mixing liquid concrete, which is rarely used in mixing stations. Forced mixers are divided into main shaft planetary mixers, single-horizontal mixers and double-horizontal mixers according to their structural forms. Among them, the dual-horizontal-forced mixers have the best comprehensive use performance.
2. Material weighing system
Material weighing system is mainly divided into three parts: aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. Under normal circumstances, a 20m3 / aggregate (sand, stone) with a steelyard, cement and fly ash with a steelyard, water and liquid admixtures are weighed separately, and then the liquid admixtures are put into the water weighing bucket to premix. At 50m3 /, independent weighing of various materials is adopted. All weighings are controlled by electronic scales and microcomputers. Aggregate weighing accuracy is 2%, and the weighing accuracy of cement, powder, water and admixtures reaches 1%.
3 material handling system
Material transportation consists of aggregate transportation, powder transportation and liquid transportation. Aggregate conveyance: At present, the aggregate conveying of the mixing station has two methods: hopper conveyance and drive belt conveyance. The advantages of hopper conveying are small footprint and simple structure. The advantages of belt conveying are large conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate. Transmission belt transmission is mainly applicable to mixing stations with temporary storage bins, which can increase the productivity of mixing stations. Powder transportation: The available powders for concrete are cement, fly ash and mineral powder. At present, the commonly used powder conveying method is screw conveyor, and large-scale mixing buildings use pneumatic conveying and scraper conveying. The advantages of spiral conveying are simple structure, low cost and reliable use. Liquid transportation mainly refers to the transportation of water and liquid admixtures.
4. Material storage system
The material storage methods for concrete are basically the same. There is aggregate storage in the open air (also closed silos for large commercial concrete mixing stations in cities); powders are stored in fully enclosed steel structural silos; admixtures are stored in steel structural containers.
5. Control System
The control system of the mixing station is the central nerve of the whole set of equipment. The control system has different functions and preparations according to user requirements and the size of the mixing station. In general, the control system for small mixing plants available at construction sites is simpler, while the systems for large mixing plants are relatively complex.
