② Drop correction automatically
The controller has two options to compensate for the concrete mixing plant drop:
Fixed gap compensation: The gap cannot be corrected automatically, and the gap value must be set correctly.
Compensation for drop correction: When the current plate is batched, the measured drop value of the top plate batch and the average value of the drop compensation are used for the drop compensation. It can ensure that the material door moves 2 to 3 times to achieve dynamic batching accuracy.
