1. When debugging the control system, first reset the emergency button, close the concrete mixing plant power switch in the electrical cabinet, and then close each branch circuit breaker, control loop power switch, and control room power switch in turn to observe whether the electrical system is abnormal. Phenomenon, if there is any immediate inspection;
2. Turn on the button of each motor and check whether the direction of the motor is correct. If concrete mixing plant is not correct, it should be adjusted immediately;
3. Start the air pump of the concrete mixing station. After the air pressure reaches the requirements, start the air control doors in sequence according to the button labeling to check whether the action is flexible; adjust the zero and sensitivity of the microcomputer; check whether the switch of the air compressor is normal and the barometer shows Whether it is correct, adjust the safety valve pressure to the standard range;
4. Carry out a trial operation of the concrete mixing plant to see if there is any abnormal noise and whether all components are working normally;
5. When the belt conveyor is debugged, it needs to be operated. During the operation, check whether the idler rollers are flexible. Observe the belt carefully. There must be no sway, deviation, edging, slipping, deformation, etc .
6. When debugging the concrete batching machine, you must press the batching button more to see whether concrete mixing plant is flexible and can be configured with precision, and then debug the batching reference.
