1. Standardized concrete mixing plant equipment is composed of material storage system, material metering system, material conveying system, equipment mixing system, powder conveying system, water and admixture metering system and control system, and a series of auxiliary equipment.
2. In terms of the mixing method, the mixing host is divided into two mixing methods: forced mixing and self-acting mixing. Compulsory concrete mixing plant is the mainstream mixing method used in mixing plant equipment at home and abroad at this stage. In production, this equipment can mix various types of concrete such as fluidity, semi-dry rigidity and dry rigidity.
3. The self-falling mixer equipment mainly mixes fluid concrete materials in production, but this type of mixer is rarely used in concrete mixing plant equipment.
