1 Do a good job of lubrication
Before the stabilized soil mixing station works every day, check the oil, circuits and control equipment of each lubrication place, and add lubricating oil as required. However, there are many local areas where mixers need to be lubricated. The method and amount of lubricant are different, and sometimes a new lubricant needs to be replaced.
2 Clean up
The stabilized soil mixing station must ensure the cleanliness of the concrete mixer body, remove the dirt and obstacles in the body, especially the foreign matter between the mixing blade or side blade of the concrete mixer and the inner wall of the tank.
3 Do inspection work
①Before daily work, it is necessary to check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the steel wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is in good condition, whether there are obstacles around and the lubrication of various parts, etc.;
②The stabilized soil mixing station must be implemented with secondary leakage protection. After the power is turned on before going to work, it must be carefully inspected, and it can be used only after it is deemed qualified by the empty vehicle trial;
③Before the stabilized soil mixing station works every day, add water to the mixing drum and run it for 1 to 2 seconds, and check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.
