(1) Before using the new machine, each system and component shall be inspected item by item and necessary trial operation shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual of the medium concrete mixer. Run empty, check the rotation direction of the mixing drum or mixing blade, and operate and brake the working devices to confirm that they are working properly.
(2) The fixed medium concrete mixer should be installed on a firm stand. When long-term use, anchor bolts should be embedded; for short-term use, sleepers can be laid under the machine base and leveled and stabilized.
(3) For the mobile medium concrete mixer, it should be installed on a flat and hard floor with square wood or bracing, and keep the horizontal tires free from stress. If it is used for more than three months, the tire should be removed and properly stored. The end of the axle should be cleaned and rust-proof.
(4) For some mixers that need to dig a hopper pit, the surrounding of the pit mouth should be high and compacted to prevent surface water from flowing into the pit. The supporting surface of the bottom end of the loading track frame should be tamped or paved, and the back of the frame must also be supported by wood to prevent deformation of the track during work.
(5) After the medium concrete mixer is started, the mixing drum should reach the normal speed for loading, and water should be added in time after loading; the addition of new materials must be carried out after all the original concrete in the mixer is unloaded. It is not allowed to stop the mixer halfway or start the mixer at full load, except for reversing the discharge.
(6) During the use of the medium concrete mixer, do not let the sand fall into the running part of the machine, so as to avoid jamming and damage to the running parts. After the upper hopper is lifted, no one can pass or stay under the hopper to avoid accidents due to brake failure. If it must be repaired or cleaned under the hopper, stop it forcibly and pull the upper hopper securely with a safety chain.
(7) During the operation, if a fault is found and the operation cannot be continued, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the concrete in the mixing drum should be cleaned, and then repaired.
(8) After the operation, the mixer should be fully cleaned. If the operator needs to enter the cylinder for cleaning, he must cut off the power supply, set up a special person to monitor, or remove the fuse and lock the electric lock box before entering.
(9) The crank of the upper hopper should be fixed with a pin to prevent people from entering the Jane to clean up. When the body touches the crank to lift the hopper, a squeeze accident occurs.
After the operation, the hopper should be lowered into the hopper pit, if medium concrete mixer needs to be raised, it should be fastened with a chain.
