2. Lubrication of roller bearings in belt conveyors. Roller bearings are UCP series (usually UCP214), lubricated with grease, and refueled once a day.
3. Cleaning of rollers and rollers. Regularly clean the accumulated material on the rollers and rollers. Too much accumulated material will affect the operation of the belt and cause deviation.
4. Maintenance of sand scraping device. Regularly check the degree of wear of the sand scraper, and replace the sand scraper in a timely manner after it has worn to a certain degree.
5. Replacement of concrete mixing plant rubber ribs. The rubber ribs are badly worn, and should be replaced in time when material is spilled.
6. Prevention and treatment of concrete mixing plant broken interface and lateral tear. The vulcanization of the joint is unqualified; the impact load is too large, and the weak part is broken by the influence of alternating stress; the direction of the interface and the movement direction of the belt are inappropriate; long-term use, etc., seriously damage the belt. When using it, reduce the load as much as possible, especially for belts with counterweight tensioning devices. The counterweight should be controlled within 200kg ~ 300kg. In the rainy season, it is appropriate not to slip.
