(1) Before using the new medium concrete mixer, the system and components shall be inspected one by one and the necessary commissioning shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the concrete mixer operation instructions. stabilized soil mixing station When the truck runs empty, check the rotating direction of the mixing drum or blade, the operation and braking of each working device, and confirm that it is normal, it can be operated.
(2) Fixed medium concrete mixer should be installed on a solid pedestal. When used for a long time, the anchor bolts should be embedded; stabilized soil mixing station if used for a short time, the sleepers can be laid under the machine seat and leveled.
(3) For mobile concrete mixers, they should be mounted on flat and hard floors, firmly supported by square timber or brackets, and keep the horizontal tires free from force. If the service time is more than three months, the tire should be unloaded and properly stored at the end of the axle should be cleaned and rust-proof.
(4) For some mixers that need to dig hopper pits, the pit mouth should be compacted to prevent surface water from entering the pit. The bottom supporting surface of the feeding track frame should be compacted or bricked, and the stabilized soil mixing station back of the frame should also be supported by wood to prevent track deformation during operation.
(5) After starting the medium concrete mixer, the mixing drum should be fed after reaching the normal speed, and water should be added in time after feeding. Adding new materials must first unload all the original concrete in the mixer before proceeding. Mixer shall not be started when stopping or full load, except for reverse discharging.
(6) In the use of medium concrete mixer, do not let sand and gravel fall into the running part of the machine, so as to avoid the damage of the running parts. After the upper hopper is lifted, no one can pass or stay under the hopper, so as to avoid accidents caused by brake failure. If it is necessary to repair or clean up under the hopper, stop the machine forcibly and fasten the safety chain of the hopper.
(7) In operation, if it is found that the failure can not continue to operate, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the concrete in the mixing drum should be cleaned up, and then repaired.
(8) After operation, the mixer should be thoroughly cleaned. When the operator needs to enter the cylinder for cleaning, he must cut off the power supply, set up a special person to monitor outside, or unload the fuse and lock the gate box before entering.
(9) The rocking handle of the hopper shall be fixed by a pin so as not to cause the hopper to be lifted and extruded by touching the rocking handle of the body when people enter the simple cleaning room.
After operation, the hopper should be lowered to the hopper pit. If it needs to be lifted, the chain should be fastened.
